REQUIREMENTS :
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (NQF Level 7) in Social Sciences / Development Studies / Public Administration.
- A valid driver’s license.
- A minimum of 3 years administrative experience in office management / administration.
Knowledge:
- Constitution of the Republic of South Africa, Public Service Act, Public Service Regulations, Public Finance Management Act, Treasury Regulations, Employee Performance Management and Development Systems.

- Provide full secretariat support. Coordinate committee logistics and documentation.
- Manage office administration systems and records.
- Coordinate meeting logistics and documentation flow.
- Manage resources of the Division.
